The location is great with direct access to the train station. The staff were kind and helpful.
The check-in process was slow. The front desk seemed disorganized. I requested a specific room type. But I did not receive it. This was frustrating after a long flight. I also found the noise level from nearby traffic quite high at night, I found a broken soap dispenser in the bathroom.
